COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a senior Facilities Management leader to oversee FM operations for a growing K-12 portfolio across 30+ sites in the United States. You will steer strategy, lead a team of 10 direct reports, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while strengthening client partnerships.

The role demands a proven track record in large, multi-site FM operations, travel up to 50%, and a focus on growth and operational excellence to shape the division's ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior FM or related operational leadership.
• Experience leading large multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical services.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside within commutable distance to an airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a large K-12 FM portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 direct reports and broader teams.
• Drive operational performance, safety, quality, and financial results.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop growth strategies for retention and client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Support new business growth and portfolio expansion.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipeline.
• Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute broader business strategies.
