Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from order processing through delivery.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Create and process purchase orders and sales orders.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, trucking companies, and suppliers.
• Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
• Coordinate production and shipping schedules with manufacturers.
• Review product samples and communicate quality-related feedback.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking (AR/AP).
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
