Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse shipping/receiving experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to measure using different tools, read and calculate data.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight booking portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and export orders.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including customs declarations and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders to arrange transportation.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and laws in various jurisdictions.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customs authorities to resolve clearance issues.
• Maintain records of all export transactions and prepare reports.
• Prepare items for shipments according to customer specifications and delivery dates.
• Pull and stage material according to the bill-of-lading.
• Operate forklift and follow safety rules and quality standards.
