Job summary
PSG California LLC is seeking a Logistics/Export Clerk to coordinate the movement of materials and shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with international export documentation. You will work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to issue quotes, manage paperwork, and resolve shipping issues.
The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, experience with export documentation, and ERP system familiarity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Export shipping documentation experience required.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
- MS Office – Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of expediting and hot order shipments daily.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipment release from facility.
- Provide domestic and international freight quotes to Customer Service.
- File claims for missing shipments and damage with carriers.
- Support logistics team in investigating corrective actions with Quality.
