Quirch Foods in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support specialist to help manage orders and support the Account Executive. You will engage customers, maintain records, and coordinate coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a willingness to travel 10-30% to support customers and events as needed. This is a on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel: 10-30%.

Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience and engages customers to facilitate growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
