You will collaborate with internal departments, resolve pricing discrepancies, and assist with account management. Travel up to 30% may be necessary to meet client needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Influence and optimize the full supply chain process with customers.
• Improve customer service experience and drive organic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contact customers directly when necessary.
• Assist customers with orders, statuses, and issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provide data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
