Job summary

Quirch Foods seeks a customer service professional to enhance the customer experience and support sales growth. The role involves recording service actions, coordinating travel and meetings, and assisting the Account Executive with account management.

You will also handle data entry, resolve pricing discrepancies, and communicate with customers directly while collaborating with internal teams to coordinate orders and deliveries. Some travel (10–30%) is required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel: 10–30%.

Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Performs data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
