Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of export documentation requirements including IMDG, IATA, 49CFR.
• Knowledge of export logistics, supply chain, or industrial/chemical manufacturing.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with multitasking.
• Preferred experience with oilfield operations.

Responsibilities

• First line of communication between sales and internal teams to support customer operations.
• Manage order entry, CRM input, JDE use, and client communication.
• Coordinate export logistics including scheduling, documentation and customs compliance.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain shipping records and resolve shipment issues.
