Job summary

M&S Logistics Ltd. in Houston, USA seeks an Export Operator to coordinate global export shipments and deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with customers and vendors.

You will work closely with our multi-national team and leverage our in-house systems to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in international transportation or logistics, strong IT and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in international transportation or logistics is essential.
• Strong IT, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to solve problems and follow-up on details.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with trucking companies, shipping lines and customers.
• Coordinate pickup of bulk liquid products with customers and trucking companies.
• Book tank containers with steamship lines.
• Issue instructions for export/import shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas offices on pending shipments.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Update shipment information in the in-house system.
