Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in international freight forwarding operations preferred.
• Familiarity with TSA security regulations and federal export controls.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate pickup transportation from customer’s warehouse to warehouse or carrier.
• Arrange truck/rail movement for shipper’s location.
• Receive freight, verify counts and damages.
• Input air waybill data into company system.
• Process Dangerous Goods Freight per DOT and IATA regulations.
• Prepare letters of credit and export declarations.
• Complete DOC documentation for exports from the U.S.
