The role supports a fast-paced logistics team within a global provider of port-centric supply chain services.

Responsibilities include processing documents, tracking shipment status, preparing export declarations, and coordinating outbound international freight movements.

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer export shipments.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading in Ocean Exports.
• Coordinate the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
• Maintain accurate data tables and assist with related accounting issues.
