Nnr-Global-Logistics-USA-Inc. is seeking an Export Operations specialist in Andover, MA to manage freight exports from customer to carrier, ensuring DOT/IATA compliance and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will coordinate pickup, handle air waybills, risk assessment for Dangerous Goods, and maintain strong communication with customers and carriers. Proficiency in MS Office and forklift certification are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding operations.
• TSA security regulations understood.
• Federal export regulations familiarity.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate pickup transportation from customer’s warehouse/supplier to NNR’s warehouse or carrier.
• Arrange truck/rail movement of freight for shipper’s location.
• Receive freight, check for count and damages.
• Input air waybill data into NNR’s computer system.
• Process Dangerous Goods Freight according to DOT and IATA regulations.
• Customer service duties: sending invoices, filing.
• Prepare Letters of Credit for exporting purposes.
• Prepare Export Declarations and DOC documentation.
• Complete all DOC documentation for exporting freight from the U.S.
• Check freight against TSA regulations and proper packaging/labeling for Dangerous Goods.
• Process live animal and perishable shipments per federal agency rules.
• Negotiate rates and space with airlines, shipping lines and truckers.
• Track and trace shipments.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
