Job summary

Responsibilities

• Book shipments with airlines, vessel companies and trucking firms by entering data for AES filings to customs, and create HAWB/MAWB labels.
• Process invoices and send shipping information and documents to customers and partners; communicate with customers, vendors and staff.
• Arrange import shipments and coordinate with airlines, customs brokers and trucking companies; track deliveries and inspect cargo.
• Provide admin support and propose process improvements to management; maintain accurate inventory lists and records.
• Maintain professional conduct and support other staff, keeping documentation neat and accessible.
