Job summary

Human Standard is seeking an Export Coordinator to support global logistics in Mobile, AL. You will manage end-to-end export processes, prepare documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with carriers and customers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, is proficient in MS Office, and has 3+ years of export experience. Descartes familiarity is a plus for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with export software/tools is a plus (Descartes).
• Ocean import/export experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Export or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export process from order to shipment tracking.
• Prepare and process export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates).
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Book cargo space with carriers and arrange logistics.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage billing and invoicing for export files.
• Maintain shipment records for audits.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide status updates.
