Responsibilities

• Import/Export Coordinator will ensure compliance with the US government regulations on international shipments
• Coordinator will prepare documentation for daily exports, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Coordinator will create international shipments in UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL
• Coordinator will coordinate air land, and ocean transportation services with carriers or brokers
• Coordinator will audit international invoices
• Coordinator will review government and transportation regulations
• Coordinator will process loss or damage claims related to shipments

Requirements

• Candidates must have 3+ years related work experience with a Bachelors degree
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of international trade, domestic trade, and transportation terms and policies
• Candidates must be computer savvy with ERP Systems, Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
