Qualifications

2+ years of experience in export logistics or similar role.

Knowledge of Incoterms and compliance regulations desired.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages beneficial.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail in preparing shipping documents and ensuring compliance.
Excellent communication to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in using shipping software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of export logistics including scheduling, documentation, and customs compliance.
Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, and customers via phone and email.
Prepare shipping documents, quotations, and update stakeholders on shipment status.
