Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Export Customer Service/International Logistics Coordinator to manage international orders from receipt to final shipment, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant documentation.

You will coordinate with sales, supply chain, production planning, warehouse, and logistics partners to meet delivery targets, review orders for accuracy, and maintain ERP records while preparing export paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and destination-specific

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer operations or export coordination.
• Experience with international shipping documentation and export compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle for international customers.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays or risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain order status in ERP systems and customer portals.
• Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and origin certificates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Validate HTS codes, country of origin information, and product descriptions.
• Support ERP, EDI, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Assist with process automation and reporting for visibility.
