Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and take action with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and country-specific documents for international shipments.
• Communicates workload, customer requirements, and problems with team members.
• Liaises between data entry and logistics teams to ensure missing information is received and customer requirements are understood.
• Provides shipment details and documentation to customers and updates documents per customer requests with minimal errors.
• Responds to inquiries related to document status and maintains timely communication.
• Inputs shipping data from invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists into the AES/ACE system.
