A well-regarded proprietary trading firm in the United States seeks an International Trade Compliance Manager to lead its global export compliance program. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on export regulations and interface with government agencies. Applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in export compliance, with a preferred JD or master's in a related field. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in export compliance.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., Certified International Trade Compliance Specialist).
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs) and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the export compliance program.
• Provide expert guidance on EAR, ITAR, and other regulations.
• Interface with government agencies on compliance matters.
• Deliver training and guidance on compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes for internal procedure updates.
