Mastercard in the United States is seeking a Manager, Legal Compliance to oversee export controls programs globally. You will design, implement, and monitor policies ensuring regulatory obligations are met across the enterprise.

Reporting to the VP, Sanctions and Export Controls Compliance, you will classify products under EAR/ITAR, perform risk assessments, advise stakeholders, and drive training initiatives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Ability to comply with all applicable U.S. export and foreign regulations.
• Deep knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations and how to interpret them.
• Experience designing, implementing, and improving compliance programs.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, and maintain export controls policies, procedures, and training.
• Classify products and services under export control frameworks.
• Perform risk assessments and internal reviews for export control obligations.
• Collaborate with business units to implement compliant processes.
• Provide guidance on regulatory interpretations and inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update programs accordingly.
• Deliver targeted export controls training across the organization.
• Prepare and coordinate licensing, reporting, and regulatory filings.
