The role oversees the centralized export control tower, drives training, audits, and automation initiatives, and partners with IC@D, Legal, and Engineering to manage cross-border transfers and high-risk activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years directing export compliance frameworks in a large multinational enterprise.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across a global footprint.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, OFAC, and technology transfer protocols.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute enterprise export controls strategy and governance standards.
• Oversee standardized KPIs and metrics for decentralized Trade Champions.
• Design and supervise global screening of suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Provide strategic direction to the export control tower with multiple tracks.
• Collaborate with IC@D to translate geopolitical shifts into enterprise standards.
