Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EAR and ECCN classifications.
• Experience classifying products, software, and technology for export control.
• Experience conducting risk assessments related to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product classifications and licensing requirements to ensure EAR compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain on export control guidance.
• Prepare BIS license applications and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments in export controls and assess business impact.
