Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive leadership in global trade compliance or related finance/sourcing within a large multinational enterprise.
• Proven track record managing 9-figure duty portfolios and centralized shared service hubs.
• Deep knowledge of international customs valuation, classification, transfer pricing, and export controls (EAR, OFAC).

Responsibilities

• Govern the Shared Service Operating Model with standardized KPIs and governance cadences.
• Oversee 8-figure duty optimization portfolios and multi-year capital investments to improve margins.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Tax, Sourcing, Treasury, Finance, and product teams on trade strategy.
