Job summary

Satair is seeking an Export Trade & Compliance Manager to support the U.S. Export Compliance team, with responsibilities across screening, licensing, and data management. The role requires strong regulatory research skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The position is based in Boca Raton, FL, with additional locations in Glendale, AZ and Herndon, VA. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of export compliance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in export compliance or related regulatory fields.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Screen daily Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for suppliers and partners; document and archive results.
• Manage shipment holds and collect missing export elements (End User Statements, ECCNs).
• Review EEI filings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with invoices.
• Assist in preparing and submitting export license applications via SNAP-R; monitor license status.
