Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment seeks an experienced export compliance leader to run day-to-day trade controls across multiple U.S. sites. You will oversee licensing, screening, recordkeeping, and audit activities while guiding a growing team.

Experience with EAR, SNAP-R, ACE/AES is essential, and you will manage compliance programs across entities, supporting EPoCs and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Join a growing aerospace and defence organisation seeking an experienced export compliance professional to lead day-to-day trade compliance operations across multiple U.S. sites. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for export controls, licensing activities, compliance oversight, team management, and supporting critical business operations.

Key Duties Will Include

• Leading export compliance activities including restricted party screening, shipment clearance, export licensing support, and recordkeeping.
• Managing compliance programmes across multiple business entities and supporting site Export Points of Contact (EPoCs).
• Overseeing internal audits, compliance reporting, regulatory research, and implementation of trade compliance initiatives.
• Leading and developing a team while providing guidance on export control requirements and operational compliance matters.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 years' experience in export compliance, export administration, export controls, international logistics, or a related trade compliance function.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Experience with SNAP-R, ACE/AES, restricted party screening, and export licensing processes.
• Eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
