Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to lead all export compliance activities for the site. You will oversee licensing, documentation, training, auditing, and issue resolution to ensure adherence to U.S.

export regulations and company policies. The role requires coordinating with engineering, operations, and sales, reviewing ECOs for compliance impact, and acting as Empowered Official under ITAR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in export compliance or related regulatory functions (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. export control regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert export compliance guidance to engineering, quality, operations, sales, contracts, HR and other stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support site-wide regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary site contact for export compliance inquiries and requirements.
