Qualifications

• Experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, export regulations, and carrier requirements.
• Proficiency with booking portals (e.g., Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM portals) and logistics software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate export bookings with ocean carriers based on sales and customer needs.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, certificates of origin).
• Track shipment milestones and share status updates with internal teams; resolve issues.
• Act as primary contact for export booking inquiries and build carrier relationships.
• Enter and maintain booking data in carrier portals and internal systems.
