Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive global executive talent acquisition for director and vice president roles. You will own end-to-end searches and influence leadership hiring strategies that support growth and diversity.

You will partner with senior leaders and HR to deliver strategic recruitment insights, while ensuring compliant and efficient hiring processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in executive recruiting.
• Preferred: experience with retained search firms or in-house executive recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle executive searches for Director & VP roles.
• Partner with the executive leadership team to align talent strategy with business goals.
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable laws and company policies.
