The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Executive Talent to drive data-driven talent decisions at the highest level. You will steward executive talent data, manage succession pipelines, and provide platform expertise to HR partners for timely insights.

You will support CEO talent exposure programs, create executive-ready reports and dashboards, and partner with leadership to strengthen readiness and diversity across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze talent or HR data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, or dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Supports the end-to-end execution of CEO Talent Exposure programs, coordinating logistics and communications.
• Owns accuracy and maintenance of executive talent data across the enterprise and enables reporting.
• Creates and maintains talent planning materials and guides to support business partners.
• Designs and maintains succession reporting and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
