Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading program design and budgeting in education or corporate learning.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program development across in-person, online, and blended modalities.
• Evaluate programs and implement improvements to goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate with faculty, client partners, and Stanford units to create impactful learning experiences.
• Oversee outreach strategies and budgeting related to programs.
• Where applicable, supervise staff and manage resources.
