Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Enterprise Operations to drive the customer experience strategy with strategic leadership of large, hybrid teams. You will modernize service delivery, develop talent, and align support operations with enterprise needs.

You will oversee Desktop, Field Support and TechBar, drive automation, analytics, and proactive service models, while ensuring consistency across North America, CALA, and Europe and delivering executive risk insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global, hybrid teams and enterprise technology programs.
• Proven ability to drive modern service delivery and automation.
• Strong reporting, risk insights and escalation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define global support strategy for Desktop, Field Support & TechBar.
• Lead digital-first support with automation and self-service.
• Track KPIs/SLAs/CSAT and ensure global service delivery excellence.
• Provide executive insights and manage high-visibility issues.
• Develop leadership teams and manage vendor and stakeholder partnerships.
