Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Enterprise Strategy in Purchase, NY to drive strategic priorities and governance across Digital Products and Core Payments. You will partner with product, engineering, regional, and corporate teams to translate strategy into executable plans.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy with deep product knowledge, executive communication skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise planning.
• Deep understanding of Mastercard’s products, services, and revenue drivers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
• Advanced analytical skills to source, manage, and interpret data for strategic messaging and reviews.
• Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance across Network and Digital Products, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Support the KPI process end-to-end, including design, implementation, and management of performance frameworks.
• Manage business review processes with senior leadership, delivering timely, data-informed updates.
• Develop materials for investor communications in collaboration with Finance and Investor Relations.
• Run analytics and data processes to support strategic messaging and decision-making across teams.
