The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Executive Briefing Program is seeking an experienced Briefing Program Manager to plan and deliver high-value executive briefings for customers at one of our Executive Briefing Centers. As a Briefing Program Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of onsite executive briefings. This includes managing planning timelines, stakeholder expectations and communications, executive engagement, and the successful execution of each briefing. You will work with internal sales stakeholders to provide consultation on the design of briefing engagements, working backwards from the customer's business objectives to develop bespoke agendas and experiences that solve specific customer challenges and advance adoption of AWS services. You will work closely with supporting briefing team members to plan and execute engagements that deepen customer relationships and accelerate cloud adoption. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who builds partnerships easily, has strong project management and analytical skills, and can manage multiple briefings at once. They communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both tactical and program initiatives, while seeking direction on complex or ambiguous engagements. They are organized, comfortable applying established processes and guidelines, collaborative, and able to work backwards from the customer to make data-informed decisions.
Travel: less than 10% of time.
Your days will be spent hosting customers at our center, meeting with account teams to plan and craft customer engagements, and sourcing the right AWS speakers to help customers achieve their business objectives. About 25 to 50 percent of the work week is spent hosting customers, while the remainder is spent planning future engagements and working with your team to improve delivery and the customer experience.
