Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager, Executive Briefings to lead the program at your location and ensure a consistent, high-quality briefing experience across the globe.

You will own end-to-end briefings, including intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution, collaborating with Sales, GTM leadership, Product Marketing, Solutions, and executive teams. The role is on-site at the briefing center and requires coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience running executive briefings or comparable programs for senior external audiences.
• Strong program management including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and SLA management.
• Ability to design agendas and facilitate discussions with C-level or senior customers.
• Experience creating processes, playbooks, or tooling for consistent program operation.
• Ability to track and report program metrics such as volume, coverage, pipeline influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to partner with leaders and experts.
• On-site work at briefing center when briefings occur.

Responsibilities

• Own the Executive Briefing program at your location, including calendar, intake, and SLAs.
• Decide strategic accounts for briefings each quarter with GTM leadership.
• Lead discovery to tailor agendas to customer objectives.
• Design and co-own agenda development with Sales for every briefing.
• Build and manage the speaker bench and prep for briefings.
• Oversee day-of orchestration and customer experience at your center.
• Contribute to playbooks and tooling to scale the program.
• Share intake and triage across time zones for timely decisions.
• Maintain single source of truth for criteria and timelines.
• Own measurement and reporting for center and global pipeline.
• Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors.
