Job summary

Zenith Analytics, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an EVP of Analytics to lead a high‑performing team across Analytics, Data Science, Data Governance and Data Platform. You will drive data strategy, AI-enabled decisioning, and cross-team collaboration on a major CPG account to enable evidence-based growth.

You will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to shape the analytics roadmap, governance, and delivery of measurable business outcomes across global markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in analytics/architecture
• Experience with B.I. tools (PowerBI, Databricks, Tableau) and relational databases
• Digital attribution & incrementality measurement experience
• Experience with AI solutions and innovative data tech
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Be the visionary, creating data foundation, measurement ecosystem and AI-enabled decisioning capabilities
• Contribute intellectual capital regarding measurement and insights
• Develop and deploy a strategic analytics maturity roadmap
• Lead and manage a large team of data experts across multiple functions
• Develop best practices in data processing and reporting automation
• Translate campaign results into actionable media and programmatic insights
• Provide strategic data and analytics recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Evaluate partners and solutions to drive innovation and operational excellence
