Zenith Analytics, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an EVP of Analytics to lead a global data and analytics organization. You will guide data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled decisioning across a high-priority CP

G account, partnering with client teams to deliver insights and business impact. The role requires deep experience in BI tools, ad tech, and cross-functional leadership within an agency setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years of agency experience.
• Experience with CPG clients, ideally within the food & bev space.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Databricks, Tableau, etc.), Ad Tech/Mar Tech and relational databases (eg. SQL Server).
• Digital attribution & incrementality measurement experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities with team building and change management.

Responsibilities

• Be the visionary, creating the data foundation, measurement ecosystem and AI-enabled decisioning capabilities.
• Lead and manage a sizable team of data experts and media analysts.
• Develop and implement a strategic analytics maturity roadmap and repeatable measurement process.
• Provide data and analytics recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver on the vision, roadmap and business support.
• Identify effective methods to translate campaign results into insights for media and programmatic decisions.
• Evaluate partners and solutions to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Be a trusted advisor to the client and internal teams to transform operating models.
