Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Analyst to support Data Governance and Analytics. You will work closely with core Analytics teams to understand client media reporting requirements and standardize processes across global markets. Strong data skills and communication are essential.

Familiarity with digital media analytics tools and online advertising metrics will help drive accurate data insights and automation across a multi-market footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field is required.
• 1–3 years experience with large data sets or quantitative analysis.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to present to small groups.
• Ability to translate complex ideas for external and internal clients.
• Experience with digital media and analytics tools (ad servers, measurement vendors, BI software).
• Understanding online advertising channels (Search, Display, Email, Social).
• Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM).
• Ability to manipulate large data sets using SQL, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• World-class customer service and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Governance and Analytics teams as a Senior Analyst.
• Collaborate with core Analytics teams to understand client media reporting requirements across global markets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement standardized data management processes.
• Produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.
• Demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
