Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Global Events Manager, Registration & Event Tech to lead the registration strategy, attendee management, and the event technology ecosystem for our global portfolio. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure scalable, high-quality attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing registration operations, attendee management, and event technology for large-scale conferences.
• Deep expertise with enterprise registration platforms, preferably RainFocus.
• Experience owning both the strategic direction and hands-on administration of enterprise event registration platforms and event technology.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, data governance, and event technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 6-8 trips per year.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the registration strategy, attendee management, and event tech ecosystem for CrowdStrike's global events portfolio, ensuring scalable, reliable attendee experiences.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, serving as both the operational owner and day-to-day expert for registration platforms and event technology.
• Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of registration platforms, event technology, integrations, workflows, and automations.
• Serve as the primary business owner for registration technology (including RainFocus), partnering with Marketing Operations, IT, CRM, Sales Operations, and external vendors for seamless integrations.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize emerging event technologies and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and provide actionable insights.
• Establish registration processes, standards, documentation, and best practices that scale across multiple event types and regions.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into registration performance, engagement, conversion trends, and ROI.
• Oversee registration operations for flagship events, including onsite check-in, troubleshooting, escalations, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance—to align strategy with business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to evolve CrowdStrike's event technology strategy.
