Job summary

LifeWave Corporate seeks a Global Event Specialist to plan and execute our annual global conference and related events. The role focuses on owning the event registration platform and attendee journey, ensuring a seamless user experience, data integrity, and insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in event coordination or event management (global experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with event registration platforms (Cvent, RainFocus, InEvent).
• Excellent stakeholder management, high emotional intelligence, confident and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of global events (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
• Own and manage the event registration platform (build, configuration, reporting, and optimization).
• Oversee attendee registration, qualification tracking, and data integrity.
• Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, hotels, and transportation.
• Develop event agendas, run-of-show documents, and timelines.
• Partner cross-functionally (marketing, operations, IT, leadership) for alignment.
• Manage speaker logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Execute attendee communications (pre-event, onsite, and post-event).
• Track and report on event KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support onsite execution, staff coordination, and issue resolution.
