Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set corporate event strategy across C3 AI's portfolio, partnering with Sales, Product, and other internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on event strategy, providing recommendations on where and how C3 AI should show up.
• Build and maintain a repeatable playbook for event planning and execution to support consistency as the program scales.
• Own end-to-end delivery of proprietary executive events: messaging, logistics, branding, collateral, vendor management, and timelines.
• Manage the corporate and field event budget, including contract negotiation and external vendor relationships.
• Write executive briefings and prepare budget/status updates for leadership approval.
• Track event performance in CRM, produce a scorecard per event, and report on campaign effectiveness against pipeline and engagement goals.
