Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events seeks a Global Operations Manager for Event Management to lead cross-functional teams and drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement for a high-profile financial services account. This onsite role in Times Square requires delivering accurate budgets, KPI dashboards, and optimal program delivery.

You will collaborate with leadership to govern processes, ensure quality, and create scalable operations across global teams, with a strong emphasis on compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in leading event planning teams.
• Experience supporting Financial Services, enterprise, or regulated industries.
• Experience leading client-facing teams and building high-performing cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and keep complex workstreams moving in a fast-paced financial services events environment.
• Build SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational controls for quality and compliance.
• Turn data into action through KPI tracking, dashboards and reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives with strong financial accuracy.
• Utilize Cvent and event technology tools to improve attendee experiences and program delivery.
