Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Scaled Engagement Manager to run the Meetings at Events program, reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Engagement within the Sales Go-to-Market (SGTM) organization. You will own day-to-day execution across events, including meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation.

This role includes global on-site event support, tool builds, and venue logistics, with a focus on scalable workflows and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of meeting, event, or program coordination experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, meeting space, vendors, and/or budgets.
• Proven ability to configure tools, direct operational setup, manage meeting requests, track attendee data, run reporting, and directly oversee event go-live (hands-on configuration experience with tools like Jifflenow and RainFocus is a plus).
• Very strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to comfortably navigate data exports.
• Experience utilizing tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) for data management, visualization, and reconciliation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own meeting operations & event execution from intake through real-time changes for Account Team-Led meetings.
• Oversee venue logistics and space planning, including room setup and attendee tracking.
• Direct operations contractors supporting meeting tools, setup, go-live execution, QA, scheduling, and venue logistics.
• Provide on-site support at events globally, managing room flow and executive routing.
• Maintain and author the Meetings-at-Events Playbook and process documentation.
• Act as project manager for the Data + AI Summit (DAIS) workstream with notes, updates and follow-ups.
