Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Scaled Engagement Manager to drive day-to-day execution of the Meetings at Events program. You will own meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation, coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams across the globe.

You will report to the Senior Director of Executive Engagement within the SGTM organization and partner with the Meetings Program Lead to implement scalable event solutions, optimize workflows, and deliver data-driven insights

Qualifications

• 7+ years of meeting, event, or program coordination experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, meeting space, vendors, and/or budgets.
• Proven ability to configure tools, direct operational setup, manage meeting requests, track attendee data, and oversee live events.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data exports.
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data management and visualization.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to author enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Own meeting operations and event execution across first- and third-party events.
• Oversee venue logistics, space planning, and attendee tracking; coordinate with Marketing on food & beverage.
• Direct operations contractors for tools setup, go-live, QA, scheduling, and logistics.
• Provide on-site support at events globally; manage room flow and executive routing.
• Produce post-event recaps, surveys, and analytics; track pipeline attribution and ROI.
