Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Scaled Engagement Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the Meetings at Events program, leading meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and documentation. You will partner with the Senior Director of Executive Engagement to drive scalable execution globally.

The role involves coordinating event logistics, managing tools like Jifflenow and RainFocus, and delivering post-event analyses to influence pipelines and ROI. Travel for events is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of meeting, event, or program coordination experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, meeting space, vendors, and budgets.
• Hands-on configuration of event tools (e.g., Jifflenow, RainFocus) and overseeing live event go‑live.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data exports.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for data management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own meeting request intake, triage, approvals, scheduling, and real-time changes for Account Team-Led meetings.
• Oversee venue logistics, space planning, and coordination with Marketing on food & beverage.
• Direct operations contractors supporting meeting tools, setup, go-live, QA, and scheduling.
• Provide on-site support at events globally, managing room flow and check-in.
• Maintain playbooks and documentation, partner cross-functionally to improve workflows.
