Job summary

Vingcard is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to plan and deliver a global events portfolio across multiple brands, supporting North America, Latin America and international markets. You will partner with regional and global marketing teams to execute trade shows, customer events, executive programs, webinars, partner events and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing B2B events in a global organization.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multiple events simultaneously with budgets and vendors.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, sales and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with event management platforms, CRM systems and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual events calendar in partnership with regional and global marketing teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of trade shows, customer events, executive programs, webinars, partner events and sponsorship activities.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and execution schedules to ensure successful delivery of all events.
• Coordinate event requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with agreed objectives.
• Lead the delivery of in-person, virtual and hybrid events across multiple regions.
• Manage venues, agencies, vendors, travel, shipping, registrations and on-site operations.
• Coordinate executive participation, speakers, customer meetings and product demonstration activities.
• Manage attendee communications and event logistics from registration through post-event follow-up.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience and high standard of execution across all events.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before and during events.
• Track event performance against agreed objectives and success measures.
• Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to collect and report event results.
