Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Global Event Management is seeking a senior event technology professional to lead a technology-driven program across our global portfolio. You will be the Cvent expert, building scalable solutions and data-driven digital experiences while partnering with marketing and sales teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence, with remote work and travel to support internal sales meetings, executive programs, user conferences, and incentive events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in event technology or event management with a strong technical focus.
• Advanced expertise in Cvent (Event Management + SMM) and complex registration paths.
• Proven experience in event website design with strong UX, branding, and functionality.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (CRM, marketing automation, APIs, SSO).
• Strong project management and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and guide event technology strategy and execution for events, with scalable, innovative solutions.
• Serve as a Cvent platform expert, including registration builds, website design, reporting, and optimization.
• Design and build high-impact event websites aligned with brand standards and UX.
• Lead integration efforts between Cvent and other systems (CRM, marketing automation, SSO, data tools).
• Translate vision into fully realized digital experiences and recommend enhancements.
• Oversee all event technology components including registration, apps, communications, surveys, and onsite tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and analytics for decision-making.
