Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Employee Event Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events and programs. The role partners with internal teams and leaders to provide strategic guidance for group offsites and enhances the merchandise swag experience for new hires and staff.

You will negotiate terms with hotels, venues, and vendors, manage budgets, and drive global event programs while coordinating with facilities and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning, executing, and evaluating events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors for team offsites within size, objectives, and budget.
• Lead contract negotiations with hotels, transportation, restaurants, and event partners.
• Track vendor performance and maintain a database of trusted partners.
• Partner with facilities teams for on-site setup, signage, and workspace accommodations.
• Work with internal managers to align event goals.
• Facilitate event debriefs and gather feedback to improve vendor selection and processes.
• Evaluate existing vendor relationships and merchandise offerings to ensure quality swag.
• Coordinate approval for local community holiday and summer parties globally.
