Sardine is seeking an Events Lead to own and scale its global events program, from conferences and SardineCon to executive dinners and partner events. You’ll drive strategy, sponsorships, budgeting, and on-site execution to ensure measurable ROI.

The role demands hands-on leadership across regions, strong project management, and the ability to build a scalable events team while collaborating with marketing, sales, and product. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading B2B events in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing many events across regions.
• Experience tying events to pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent project management and operational skills.
• Ability to build and lead a growing events team.

Responsabilidades

• Own Sardine’s global events calendar, including conferences, SardineCon, and partner events.
• Lead end-to-end event planning: sponsorships, budgeting, venues, vendor mgmt, logistics, staffing, on-site.
• Oversee on-site execution: booths, branding, meetings, hospitality, experiences.
• Identify and source new event opportunities across industries and regions.
• Build pre-event playbooks for targeting, meetings, staffing, promotion.
• Own event performance reporting: attendance, meetings, pipeline, ROI.
• Lead post-event retrospectives to improve execution.
• Manage global events budget and vendor negotiations.
• Build and lead internal events team and processes.
• Manage external events agency and contractors.
