Job summary

Samsara, a leading Connected Operations Cloud company, seeks an energetic Event Production professional to support Samsara's annual conferences and Go Beyond programs. You’ll manage end-to-end planning for keynotes, breakouts, expo halls, and sessions, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver flawless live experiences.

Travel is required (≈30%), and you’ll work within a fast-paced marketing environment, shaping programming and engagement aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management/production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• This role requires travel, candidates must be open to traveling 30% of the time.
• Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate keynote and breakout planning and execution across internal stakeholders, main production vendor, and venue partners.
• Support content production by building timelines, rehearsals, sourcing vehicles/equipment, and managing exec schedules and speakers.
• Review venue contracts to ensure production needs are met.
• Assist in managing expo production details between stakeholders, vendors, and venue.
• Oversee multiple events and programs with overlapping schedules.
• Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event experience.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
