Gainsight is recruiting a Sr Corporate Events Manager to join our Marketing team in a remote US-based role. You’ll lead events from Pulse conferences to trade shows and virtual programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets, vendors, and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of experience in large‑scale events (1,000+ attendees) within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech, strong communication, and a collaborative, proactive approach to complex, multi‑region programs.

Competenze

• 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with some post-graduate work).
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end execution of large events (1,000+ attendees).
• Experience across multiple event formats including trade shows, virtual events, VIP programs, and internal events such as sales kickoffs.

Mansioni

• Lead assigned programs end to end, owning plan, timeline, results, and bringing in partners/vendors as needed.
• Own planning and execution of flagship events, coordinating content, speakers, venues, logistics, internal communications, and on-site production.
• Run trade shows and quarterly virtual event series, using/improving playbooks so execution isn’t dependent on any one person.
• Manage logistics and delivery for internal programs (Revenue Kickoff, Quarterly Company Meetings), both in-person and virtual.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, and agency/vendor relationships, tracking spend and reporting variances.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, CS, and Campaign Managers on promotion, registration goals, and post-event follow-up.
• Track attendance, pipeline, and retention results, report to senior stakeholders, build AI-assisted workflows.
